We aim to dispatch every item within 3 working days.

If you are within our area of operation - much of the mainland Scotland - we will contact you and agree on the first available time Scott or Mark can see you and install your brand new EPOS systems, please allow us up to 24 hours for us to get in touch. And if you are nearby we might just see you within hours from the time you order - make sure to give us a call just after or even before submitting your order to ensure this.

Return & Exchange Policy

Commercial equipment we sell is covered under business law which is a little different than consumer law. Same as every business to business transaction. Hence depending on the item and options you chose you may not receive a full refund. Administration, delivery and programming charges may not be refundable. This is why we prefer to iron things out over the phone especially if you are unsure of which till or terminal would suit you best. Contacting us directly also ensures fastest possible shipping and delivery by our team.
