Do these prices include VAT?
No, 20% VAT is added during the checkout.
Do all items carry warranty?
Yes! Each item has at least 12 month warranty. And this means return to base warranty, we might even come and sort it all out for you. It doesn't get better than this, if something goes wrong we are just a call away. Depending on availability we might bring you a new till or terminal that same day and swap it on the spot! At no point you will have to deal with the manufacturer, we've got you covered.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely, we use HTTPS / TLS encryption. You are as safe as can be.
What if I don't know what would suit my needs best?

Of course! Please give us a call so that we can process your order and advise you on our range of products.
I have made a mistake while ordering, can it be changed?
Yes, especially if we haven't started processing your item. Give us a call right away and we'll fix it up for you.
What can I do if my terminal or till has developed a fault after the warranty has expired?
Do not panic, your machine may still be repairable and we have experience in getting things work. After contacting us we will send you a returns form for you to print out, complete and return with the item. And yes, we might even pick it up ourselves if you're near.
